Delivery Estimates

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 per order. There are no additional charges based on order weight or size. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you need assistance with international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at (877) 819-1103 or support@companionbestpetessentials.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
